The NEA-LGBTQ+ Caucus invites you to participate in the 2027 LGBTQ+ Social Justice & Leadership Conference, taking place April 9–11, 2027, at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This conference brings together educators and leaders from across the nation to examine the intersectionality of our issues, strengthen leadership within LGBTQ+ communities, and develop strategies for effective state and local advocacy.

Building on the success of our previous four LGBTQ+ Conferences and NEA’s ongoing racial and social justice work, this conference provides a unique opportunity for participants to expand dialogue, deepen their understanding of the challenges facing LGBTQ+ educators and students, and build leadership skills necessary to advance meaningful change in their schools, communities, and affiliates.
